mostly well maintained walk up in GV
Former Tenant
Pros:
- heat/hot water/electricity work well - market units (non-rent stabilized) have dishwashers and W/D - location
Cons:
- garbage & recycling situation could be improved with more frequent collection. area often smells and consists of piles. - cleaning of hallways / common areas should be twice a week.

Terrible f*in terrible
Former Tenant
Pros:
My rent stabilized rent
Cons:
Constantly getting things stolen pretty sure it’s the super. Xmas present was delivered (new tv) and stolen and when I called super he said you gotta take it up right away don’t leave it there… how does he know we left it there? Motorized scooter stolen from just outside our front door. Who would come all the way up to the 4 floor walk up to “check” if there was something to steal? Most likely someone who knew it was there. Leak in my window, asked mgmt to fix they have yet to send someone to look at it. Told me to call super and super said “did you leave your window open?” When I said no he asked if my upstairs neighbor left their window open then asked if he really needed to come look at it and can I just send a picture. The contractor they hired to do the renovations on the building was Dilber Kukic. Recognize that name? he’s the reason why the seventh Street explosion happened. They have yet to have someone check/fix what he did on the building. There’s also black mold spreading throughout the entrance/lobby ceiling. The list goes on.
Advice to owner:
Sell our building to someone else you guys are the worst.
