Sometimes people lingering in the vestibule and occasional package stealing
Advice to owner:
Get a lock for the front door

wish I still lived there

Pros:
Our apartment was in the back so very quiet. Always felt safe. The owners maintained the building. Location was unbeatable.
Cons:
The common area and stairs could use a little sprucing up.

Packages would routinely get stolen from the foyer. Need a more secure location for packages.

Good building but beware of deliveries

Responsive super, good neighborhood, no pests
Cons:
Packages stolen constantly, radiators loud
Advice to owner:
Find new place to put packages so they’re not visible from the street and less prone to getting taken.

Love this building

Cost, location, friendly super and management. Every apartment has a cute fireplace.
Cons:
There’s no trash room so it piles up in the lobby. Packages often taken.
