Apartment was pretty large, great location, elevator. Super is super nice.

Cons

Trash is stored in the lobby so it smells so bad. Homeless people would buzz in. Packages stolen.

The building has thick walls. You can’t hear much aside from hallway noise. The building has reliable heat and a serviceable elevator
