unless you can just hand out money for fun don’t live here
Former Tenant
Pros:
Lobby is well maintained. A couple of the doormen are great.
Cons:
Management is not cooperative or sympathetic to any of your issues, and anything they can possibly charge you for, they will. The units are old and the cracks in the walls are not properly sealed so sometimes the wall crumbles off. There are frequent pest issues, oftentimes roaches. You’re essentially just paying for location.
Advice to owner:
Stop being so greedy

Great Location, Ok Management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Amazing location for this building and convenient having 2 entrances
Cons:
Unreliable, laundry room has been closed for 4 months when we were initially told 6 weeks. They will turn off hot water during peak times.
