Decent Building. Great for young people or people who don’t need a lot of space.

Pros:
Rent stabilized, kind and attentive super, beautiful block, renovated units
Cons:
This is a historical building, which prevents a lock being put on the front door. Because of this, there have been occurrences where people do drugs in the vestibule or sleep in there. Most units do not have a dishwasher, and the laundry in the basement only accepts quarters.

Pros:
Renovated units, neighbors are so nice, building is kept clean and landlords are reasonable.
Cons:
The heat wasn’t great. I asked if it was working properly and they came by the fix, but it was still quite cold.

Responsive landlords and a nice area.

Pros:
The location is great and the landlords are responsive. Trash is regularly dealt with and for a building next to a restaurant, we didn't have any mice problems.
Cons:
The in-building super isn't very responsive. Someone got into the building and started going through other peoples packages. I texted the super and he didn't do anything or give a reponse.
Advice to owner:
You're honestly doing great.
