Steven Ancara likes to see dead children
Former Tenant
Pros:
I liked my neighbors
Cons:
I didn’t like that my landlord supported genocide, laughed at images of dead children, and harassed me and other tenants who did not agree with his genocidal mania
Advice to owner:
Stop supporting genocide

Good bldg depending on floor
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, decently updated units.
Cons:
No elevator, some units are SROs with bathrooms down the hall. At least one long term resident is a smoker and is protected by tenant laws so is allowed to smoke. Can smell it in hallways and some apartments.
