Very well managed building
Former Tenant
Pros:
- Very nice and responsive staff
- Proactive about maintenance/upkeep
- Tenants are mostly working professionals or families
- Impeccably located for transit access
Cons:
- Can be moderately noisy at times due to construction/renovation work and families with small children.
