its a good first apartment

Pros:
the building was comfortable and in a great location. the appliances are nice etc its definitely a good first apartment or place to live short term
Cons:
a lot of mice, dusty/ laundry not the greatest

exposed brick. good water pressure.
Cons:
poor management. no roof access. laundry in building overpriced. extremely noisy at all times due to holland tunnel. slanted floors. leaking during storms.

- very little to say here. was able to get in and out
Cons:
- horrible landlord, stole our security deposit and charged us extra. impossible to get in touch with - very loud, near holland tunnel - unit not cleaned when we moved in. literally fresh ketchup stains inside cabinets and fridge

Location is perfect. Walking distance to Soho, Tribeca & the West Village.
Cons:
Next to Holland Tunnel. Had to pay for laundry in the basement and the machines were pretty old.
