Loved it, too hot
Former Tenant
Pros:
Beautiful street
Owner very responsive (but has since hired a manager who didn't return our deposit for >2 months so your mileage may vary)
Charming apartment
Nice neighbors
Relative few pest issues
Great value
Cons:
It was always super hot. In winter the heat was super high all the time, we had to sleep with the AC on. In the summer we had to sleep with the AC on
Advice to owner:
Turn down the heat in the winter. It'll save you a lot of money and make the building more comfortable
It's starting to get a bit run down. Some cosmetic fixes (refinish floors?) would make a world of difference
