Not worth it
Former Tenant
Pros:
The location is great.
Cons:
The hallways and stairwells were cleaned maybe 5 times during my one year living here. Radiators were rarely on in winter. Very hard to get information from owner. He does not communicate by email, returns calls from a blocked number, and does not remember details from previous conversations. He also seemed bewildered anytime I called needing anything to be fixed. Everything needed was fairly simple but required dozens of back and forth calls and constant follow up.
Advice to owner:
Clean your building. Get a real phone number. Use email!
