Beautiful building sour owner
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is pre war, some units are rent stabilized. Unit itself was stunning, lots of natural night. Neighbors are kind. A lot have lived there for a long time, very friendly. Not a lot of bugs/ rodents.
Cons:
Management of this building is next level awful. I had open violations for months they did not care or respond. City inspectors came multiple times , they lied and said it was fixed. Took 7+ months to fix issue. Awful awful management to the point I would not live here. Live in super is unresponsive
Advice to owner:
Take care of your tenants. Don’t try and cut costs
