Great location, nice interior

Pros:
Location is great Offers pest control on 3rd Saturday of every month You use a fob to get in the street access door instead of a key
Cons:
If you live on the ground level floor facing the street you will hear a very loud buzz every time someone enters the building. Noise from the street can be a lot at times but probably relatively good noise level since it is not on a Main Street. It hasn’t bothered me but for some it could be a lot. There have been leaks that have taken a while to get dealt with and will announce that they will enter your unit with only 24hrs advance notice.
Advice to owner:
Lower the noise level when using the fob to enter the building since it disturbs ground floor residents anytime someone enters.

Pros:
Location, super was responsive, layout of apartment, owners were responsive to needed updates of apartment
Cons:
Tanya in management is terrible to deal with. She was very dismissive.
