Solid place with no rent spikes

Cute apartment but lousy management

Unbeatable location and functional apartment
Cons:
Mice, extremely loud trash pick-ups due to the restaurant (cases and cases of wine), mice
Advice to owner:
Please be more responsive about issues that arise. If mice are found (plural), sending someone to sprinkle poison all over the apartment but not do anything after/deal with dead rodents, despite asking, is not the best course of action.
