Location requires compromise
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, location, location. The management team is very hands-off, and you can really make your apartment as unique as you please.
Cons:
The management team is very hands-off and the super is basically non existent. In such an incredible location, the building could be impressive if the team showed any pride in owning and operating it.
Advice to owner:
Band-aid fixes to problems don’t solve them.

Good experience
Former Tenant
Pros:
Newly renovated Responsive property manager Very reasonable during covid
Cons:
Windows aren’t the most insulated so our bill for central heat is pretty high... but we also get great light!
