Pros
PERFECT location. It literally doesn’t get better in all of Manhattan. Quiet tree lined street in the heart of west village. Live in super is a great perk. They keep the apartment building very clean and well managed. Lydia is fantastic. Long term tenants which is an indication of how great it is. Big spacious pretty staircase. Easy elevator. 6 floors very manageable building.
Cons
No laundry in the building. We used a great wash and fold spot called Simplified Cleaners on Christopher - highly recommend. It’s an old building so the heat is sometimes inconsistent. Sometimes too hot and sometimes too cold.
