Pros:
Never heard my neighbors, was always warm, things got fixed.
Cons:
Wasn’t a way to get packages

Location is incredible, units are renovated but still have WV character. Management is very responsive

Pros:
The building is well decorated and relatively well built. Most units get good light and the neighborhood is pretty quiet on the inside.
Cons:
The heat is insufficient and the hot water frequently goes out. Additionally, the walls are thin and I often hear neighbors or rodents at night.
Advice to owner:
Fix the hot water. Fix the microwave. Take out the trash.
