WARNING!!! STAY AWAY!!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is great. Everything else terrible.
Cons:
Non responsive management. Psychopathic tenant on the 3rd floor. Frequent police calls.
Homicide on the 5th floor. Rats in the backyard, leaking roofs, not enough heat.
STAY AWAY!!!!! Plenty of other properties around. Do not rent from Centennial properties, formerly 9300 Realty.
Advice to owner:
Hire more professional managers. Less buildings for the supers and proper staffing. Pay them accordingly. And pay the contractors who perform work.
