Quiet, & Great Location, Large Spaces

Pros:
Location, super on-site is responsive, reliable fixes (dishwasher broke and was fully replaced in 2-3 days), very quiet. 3 floor apartments are huge for the price
Cons:
Poor, old, loud AC, not great natural light. Hallways and stairs could be cleaner
