Location was great, Gatsby had a decent app for paying rent and reporting maintenance issues

Cons

Gentleman/hoarder in the building died and left a horrendous bed bug infestation that spread across the building

Can’t beat the location

Pros

Location right by multiple major subway lines and many bars and restaurants in the village. The studio apartments are decently sized and can accommodate my king sized bed and sectional couch. My apartment is nicely updated but other apartments are old and outdated. Management has always been very responsive any time I had any issues.

Cons

Not much to complain about so far. Apartments do lack storage space however.
