Can’t beat the location

Pros:
Location right by multiple major subway lines and many bars and restaurants in the village. The studio apartments are decently sized and can accommodate my king sized bed and sectional couch. My apartment is nicely updated but other apartments are old and outdated. Management has always been very responsive any time I had any issues.
Cons:
Not much to complain about so far. Apartments do lack storage space however.

Pros:
Location is in the middle of everything and close to all major subway stations. Small but liveable studio apartments.
Cons:
The mini fridge.

Best location, lacks security

Pros:
Best location! Trash area is usually well taken care of.
Cons:
My packages are stolen with such consistency that I had to buy a PO Box! Security overall is lacking- front door would often be left open, no cameras, etc.
Advice to owner:
I would take security much more seriously! I’d also have a quicker response time to unit issues

Pros:
Quiet street, not much heard when living at the top floors. Only one loud neighbor playing LOUD music & movies that can be heard through walls.
Cons:
During the summer there were a few cockroaches in the bathroom. Big and small but just a few.
Advice to owner:
Offer market rate or adjust our increased rate to offer market level pricing especially when price has gone down more than 20%
