    Former Tenant
    Pros:
    Management seems nice and responsive
    Rent is very reasonable for the area
    No issues with neighbors
    No bug problem
    Quiet street but with a lot to do around
    Cons:
    Noisy / thin walls
    Somewhat slow timeline by management to fix certain issues
    Advice to owner:
    No real advice, was a good experience overall
