A very well maintained building

Pros:
Management is very responsive to their online maintenance system. They make it a priority to keep the building clean and run well.
Cons:
There’s only one washer and dryer.

Great, quiet building

Pros:
Awesome building with super responsive property management team. In the heart of the west village but Jones St is tree lined and super quiet. Other tenants are respectful and nice. Building is cleaned at least weekly if not more and kept in good condition.
Cons:
Garbage area outside laundry room can sometimes be a little dirty but that's every building in NYC. No other complaints.
