Pleasant place to live - but no frills

Pros:
Rent barely went up every year, neighbors mind their own business, and in 5 years we had 2 mice which were dealt with swiftly. Supers were always helpful when they could be although at times they took a while to get ahold of. Management is very responsive over email.
Cons:
No washer or dryer, no dishwasher in unit. The best amenity is the location but otherwise the building is very cut and dry.
