great area, exposed brick, closet space, good light
Cons:
terrible management, unresponsive, take advantage of tenants, extremely over priced
Advice to owner:
lower your prices, clean your building regularly, respond to tenants

This apartment can be noisy since there are so many bars and it is a busy area.

This building has great units for large groups and is in an incredible location
Cons:
The management is completely unresponsive. You will never be able to contact anyone directly in case of an emergency and instead are consistently rooted through an answering service and online filing.

Great apartment, horrible landlord

Cleanliness, size, decor
Cons:
Landlord’s to respond to maintenance requests, leak in ceiling, stolen packages, unable to compromise during pandemic, unresponsive unless you are one day late on rent then they bombard you
Advice to owner:
Don’t be so sleazy. Just respond to maintenance requests that is your responsibility
