In Prime Location

Pros:
- Great location - Good rent stabilized price compared to the area - Owner is attentive and easy to get along - Quiet building, common areas are kept clean
Cons:
- Walls with thick layer of paint from past repaints - Gets dusty very easily - Leakage issues - Winter months are really cold as the heater only goes on with a certain temp drop

No communal outdoor space; hallways aren’t particularly pretty
