Issues with heat
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean and well-lit
Cons:
Heat didn’t work for long periods of time. Uncooperative and evasive super.
Advice to owner:
Be good to have a conversation with your super on how to address apartment needs

Big apartment, bad management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location for subways and access to the West Village. Large full floor apartments that are great shares for multiple roommates. Super and porter are both nice and helpful. Sunny apartments with nice windows and large bedrooms. Landlord was generally quick to fix appliance issues and basic apartment maintenance.
Cons:
Mice infested - saw 12 in a 24 hr span both live and in traps. It’s right above waverly diner which could be the cause. Management was unsympathetic to the problem and the issue persisted for weeks. They also have trash left in the hallways for the porter to pick up daily, which perpetuates the mouse problem. Landlord would not give any concessions around rental decrease etc, totally rude about it. It’s also a pre war building, the floors are extremely uneven.
Advice to owner:
Fix the rodent problem
