Great location and big unit. Mice.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, friendly building staff, building is well-maintained, aesthetically.
Cons:
Mice. Super did genuinely try to help, but the building is clearly infested and an apartment-by-apartment solution isn’t going to fix it. Management did lie and say that other units weren’t dealing with mice when clearly they were. Also laundry was expensive ($5.75 total per load).
Advice to owner:
Handle the building-wide mouse issue.

Mice issue. Management won’t help.
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location. Nice entry way.
Cons:
Had a mice issue for months and they did not care or do anything about it. Management does not pick up when you call. Once brought a lawyer in started taking issue somewhat seriously. They also lied to us and said other apartments weren’t having issues when they were. Would not recommend living here.
