This building is a disaster
Former Tenant
Pros:
The views are nice. The amenities are very nice. Building staff is friendly
Cons:
Wow. This is one of the worst built buildings I have ever been in. Sloppy construction throughout - door handles don’t align and come off in your hand, paint and scuffs everywhere. Bad design throughout - no kitchen drawers, bedroom doors obstruct bathrooms, windows so low your tub is only inches deep, washers and dryers set up backwards but can’t be fixed, bathrooom layouts that make absolutely no sense (and how about a towel bar??). Bad quality - the cheapest, least reliable motorized shades on the planet you will need the super weekly to keep them working, the floors are barely finished and stain instantly, closets are complete BS for a building at this price point. Leasing agent Colleen is full of BS. Will get you to sign, promise fixes and upgrades and then disappear.
Advice to owner:
Fix these apartments. Give us working kitchens and shades. Build out the closets. This place is a disaster
