What you'd expect from an NYU dorm
Former Tenant
Pros:
Overall, this was a good place to live. The rooms were a very decent size for manhattan, the neighborhood was safe, and the location was incredible.
Cons:
There were a good amount of roaches during my time there, and not a lot of help managing them besides advice to buy roach traps. It was also very expensive.
Advice to owner:
I would suggest being more proactive about managing roaches, although I understand this can be difficult. I also think NYU dorms are priced very high for what they are, but I doubt the building owner can affect university policy.
