Great location. Building okay
Former Tenant
Pros:
Building is in a great neighborhood. The super is very helpful and friendly. Building lobby kept clean
Cons:
Had cockroaches the whole year living here. You also can’t control the heat in the apartments. It gets unbearably hot. High rent for these inconveniences
Advice to owner:
LET US CONTROL HEAT. FIX THE ROACHES

455 Hudson Review
Former Tenant
Pros:
Clean building and good maintenance.
Cons:
The communication with the property owner is very poor, they did not give us our lease papers until 6 months after moving in. They also take a long time to fix issues in the building.

Terrible management, roaches & loud
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location is decent but it’s not worth it
Cons:
The management is so backwards, rude, unresponsive, and does nothing. The bar across the street is loud, there is a homeless man who yells all the time for hours, the teenagers from the school are loud, and people often blast music from their car while they go into the deli. Also, no matter how clean you are there are roaches.. and having the pest control come in makes it worse.

Nice apartment, worst landlords in nyc
Former Tenant
Pros:
Nice location in the village
Cons:
The landlords are terrible. Not responsive at all to building package theft, and they deduct massive amounts of security deposit for small infractions like leaving a paper bag in the closet
