just now
no major issues
Former Tenant
Pros:
nice (pretty high quality materials in bathrooms/kitchens), new, clean, open/wide building hallways, updated/nice/big bathroom, really nice and responsive live-in super who helps when locked out, no negative interactions with neighbors, great location, very few issues with things breaking/not working
Cons:
gnats when its warm and nobody to do anything about it (i set traps, plugged drains, never had food/fruit/trash out and still had a major problem), packages stolen often (has become less frequent since video intercom installation though), elevator always broken, took forever to install virtual doorman (like 8 months later than promised), "package room" never completed, walls are extremely thin, very little natural light in internal facing apts, landlord group tries to illegally charge you hundreds for very minor maintenance when i am pretty sure they legally can't (i.e. unclogging drain), landlord group ghosts you when they dont want to deal with concerns (questions about when things will be installed/concerns about building)

Terrible, sketchy management
Former Tenant
Pros:
Mostly new technology in the units
Cons:
Awful management, routine attempts to cheat the tenants out of services that were previously guaranteed, will keep your security deposit

Absentee owners, good location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location, apt size is big for the area
Cons:
Owners don’t respond to anything. Construction noise next door is wretched. Building has been empty now rents are jacked up but zero building improvements. Also it’s impossible to do recycling.
Advice to owner:
Respond to emails. Don’t just collect the rent and provide zero service.
