Great location, but that’s about the extent of it

Pros:
Location, responsive super, friendly tenets, updated apt layout, good water pressure
Cons:
Very noisy if you are facing Greenwich st. Constant activity tough to drown out. While super is good, building mgmt is impossible to reach and simply don’t care about your requests. Common areas could use some TLC
Advice to owner:
More responsive to tenets, maintain updated common area / make sure entry doors lock in winter, etc
