Great location, solid value

Pros

Excellent location. Tons of natural light because the building is tall relative to the neighbors

Cons

7th Avenue can be a bit loud. Management is a bit obnoxious to deal with. However, they are responsive if you go visit their office. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they sent back security deposit at the end of the lease.
