Pros:
Neighborhood,very convenient ,transportation very good , walkable , bike lanes , cross town bus in across from building .
Cons:
The owner responsiveness to maintenance not great . Can take numerous requests sometimes to get things done . Many leaks . Most tenants ok but not all. They disturb other tenant in the early in the mornings .Soundproofing stinks you can hear what is going on in the apts around you .
Advice to owner:
Be more responsive to repair and do better renovation add some soundproofing .

nice street and neighborhood, quiet area, outside garbage to limit smells and pests
Cons:
packages are stolen all the time, the landlord/company that owns the building is TERRIBLE. they never respond to maintenance requests and there is no way to directly contact the super for emergencies

Nice block ,near trains lots of places to eat out
Cons:
Can be noisy .Especially on weekends ends. Lots of sirens noise have a firehouse on the block a emergency room about 3 blocks away and a police station about 3 blocks so you.can have lots of noisy at times . Weekend the b raffic is heavy lots if users and traffic jams on 7th ave and on thus block at times so lots of car honking. Bar nexydoor can create lots if chatter outside people congregating and tgey can get loud . So I your looking for a quiet block this is not it .Renovated apts are not soundproof very well .Sometimes gettingbrepairs ate challenging .Heard some people have issues getting deposits back .
Advice to owner:
Do a better job soundproofing .and do repairs

At times garbage piles up out on the deck .Issues with rats in the yard ,mice in the apartments lack of soundproofing.

Newly renovated. High ceilings.
Cons:
Management was slow to respond on issues. The laundry room is in the boiler room which is probably a code violation. Steep marble stairs.

Great location, recently renovated, updated appliances, washer/dryer combo unit in apartment, multiple renovated bathrooms, windows in every bedroom, good trash collection and weekly hallway/stair cleaning service
Cons:
Not a lot of direct or natural sunlight, unsealed exposed brick walls, townhouse neighbors in the courtyard throw very loud and long parties, water constantly leaked from recess lighting, washer/dryer machine broke and flooded several times, difficult to contact landlord/management company, stolen packages
