Very good building

Pros:
Clean, not a lot of traffic through, very quiet, great location, lots of windows/light, laundry in basement
Cons:
Radiator is very old and loud, no dishwasher
Advice to owner:
Add roof access for additional amenities!

Small, amazing block, everything works. No bugs, no problems usually. Very responsive local ownership.
Cons:
Can get kind of noisy as all old buildings.
