Not Great For Light Sleepers
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location, really nice and helpful super, good internet. Some of the neighbors who had been there a long time are really nice. Good people when I lived there.
Cons:
If you look at apartments on the F line be aware there is a ground floor apartment from a neighboring building (it has a door with access to the street next to the deli that’s now closed on Greenwich). When I lived there it was inhabited by what seemed to be a fraternity and they had loud obnoxious parties outside every day. I honestly moved because of them. It was so loud in my apartment it felt like I lived in a college dorm.

Great location, terrible mgmt company
Former Tenant
Pros:
Great location in the West Village, super (Luis) is so responsive and been with the building through years of multiple ownership changes. He is truly the best thing about this building
Cons:
The management company is unresponsive to calls and emails and poor and inconsistent in their communications. They held our security deposit hostage and tried to charge us for days that we didn’t live in the apartment; all due to a miscommunication of their own fault with the new tenants. The surrounding neighbors play music with terrible base until 2AM, even when repeatedly asked to turn it off. management did nothing to address.
