Do yourself a favor and stay away
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location and historic details
Cons:
Charged up to $700 a month for heat FUEL for a small one bedroom apartment. Landlord is a tenants rights attorney so he knows how to get away with things. Landlord doesn’t respond and pest problems run rampant.

Pay for location
Former Tenant
Pros:
Quant walk up, quintessential west village brownstone, good apartment layout, wood floors, original fireplace
Cons:
Shared space is not kept up, dusty/dirty, super unresponsive, takes a long time to get things fixed, needs improvements in floors and appliances
