A Great Apartment!
Pros
The location is great (far enough away from the clamor of Bleecker, 7th Ave, etc., but not too far), and it's nestled between the two bars on the corner of the street so it generally doesn't get too loud.
Cons
The stairs are steep and pretty uneven. There is also only one washer-dryer in the basement that could use some repair.

Great location in the west village.
Cons
Standard pre war building.
Advice to the owners
Hallways should be clean more often.
