unbeatable location, prewar charm
Cons:
building management company were terrible - suggested that my brand new wall unit ac was responsible for ceiling water damage in the unit below me, when it wasn't dripping inside and had been installed by their super. threatened to hold me liable for the damage if I didn't replace, and was bullied into replacing a perfectly fine ac unit.
