Dream building, sad to leave

Pros:
Love the doormen. Love the super. One time my sink broke and he fixed it in literally ten minutes. Laundry in the basement. Quiet if you’re on the back of the building.
Cons:
Elevator is slow and busy, can be annoying if you’re on a high floor.

Great super (Steve) and doormen, management is big but efficient and tolerable; great location
Cons:
Frequent pest control issues (but they have exterminator come every so often and you can sign unit up)

lovely Maintenance/door staff, awesome neighborhood, charming floors, molding etc
Cons:
Management company was like dealing with the DMV but worse. Impossible to get anyone on the phone. Did not care about renters, despite us paying thousands of dollars in exorbitant rents. Never open to negotiation, even in covid. Unresponsive, difficult and all around awful to deal with.
Advice to owner:
