beautiful apartment, great super, poor management/service

Pros:
Billy (the super) is amazingly responsive, kind, and helpful The apartments have high ceilings, updated appliances, and generous rooms
Cons:
lounge in basement produces noise garbage area has rats occasionally there is no heat/hot water

Pros:
Had private rooftop in top unit and lots of natural light.
Cons:
Got broken into. Landlord did not even care to change the locks. Insulation was awful. Super got in the summer and cold in the winter. Noise from up and down can be heard in the apartment.
Advice to owner:
Put better insulation in 5a. Care about your tenants safety.
