Like a dirty hotel

Pros:
Location and location
Cons:
Place is filthy (stairs, hallways, entrance and hallway windows), slow to respond to needed repairs if ever, NO SUPER. Lots of mice and rats.
Advice to owner:
Clean your building, paint the hallways, repair leaks, wash and fix all the windows in common area including vestibule, get a bonafied super, control the vermin.
