perfect location in west village
Former Tenant
Pros:
- quiet building in amazing location in west village - old west village apartments come with problems, the owners at least were responsive when things would come up
Cons:
- have dealt with mice, leaky ceilings, hot water going out several times

Not worth how much it costs
Former Tenant
Pros:
location is amazing, right in the middle of everythign and can access to the unfinished roof with a great view of the city
Cons:
HORRIBLE mouse problem with very slow and poor response from the property. Super loud being on Christopher and Bleecker cross streets even on high up floors. Packages get stolen regularly. Apartments are hot always - have to have AC unit on all winter bc you can't turn off the heater and it makes loud banging noises and turns/off at all times of day and night. Lastly the apartments are so insanely small - they are charging 2 bedrooms prices when they are barely 1 bedrooms in size.
Advice to owner:
Take the pest problem much more seriously
