    Not the worst but not great by any means

    Pros:
    Trash
    Small building
    Cleaned common areas often
    Kept front clean
    Cons:
    Noise
    Thin walls and floors
    Rodents, mice, rats, etc.
    Ants
    Old building
    Lack of heat! Would always be freezing.
    Maintence would just show up and not alert you ever.
    Landlord was awful to work with
    Very rude to the females he felt with in our apartment
