Best landlord in NYC
Former Tenant
Pros:
The landlord in this building, Joseph "Joe" Jackson, is the best you'll ever have. He cares about the units, he cares about you, and he's also firm (and fair) with other tenants who can also be the problem.
The building itself is a classic West Village gem in an ideal location: close to transit, across the street from NYPD, and immediate access to the best restaurants and bars in the city. Enjoy!
Cons:
It's a classic West Village gem: expect some roaches, old radiators, walking up stairs, and living in a small space. Joe does his best but he's not a magician!
Advice to owner:
Keep investing in the property, it's a beautiful place to live.
