Could have been a fantastic apartment with some more upkeep from management

Pros:
It was in the west village, and had a fairly nice layout and decent space. Great kitchen & appliances.
Cons:
Management was inattentive and hard to contact, water was shut off randomly with no warning, wifi connection was almost impossible to configure for the apartment, building was filthy (dead roach stayed in the hallway for 4 months), locks on doors were unstable and easily broken into, apartment had NO smoke alarms or sprinkler system (had to install my own).
Advice to owner:
Communicate with your tenants!
