Nice building, bad landlords
Former Tenant
Pros:
Responsive maintenance staff, easy entry system, charming in great location
Cons:
Landlord unresponsive and unhelpful. Water heater and central heating went down multiple times during year.
Advice to owner:
Communicate with your tenats. Activate your cameras

Management doesn’t care - just looking to make money
Former Tenant
Pros:
Location
Hallways generally clean / cleaned weekly
Cons:
Management is generally unresponsive to issues / requests

Have required all communication, payment, etc. to go through an app, with no number to call directly in case of emergencies or major issues

Loose hot water frequently and for multiple days at a time

Over priced

Management is cheap and slow to fix things - door knob on front door of building continues to fall off and a patchwork fix is applied each time rather than replacing it
Advice to owner:
You have to keep your building in decent shape and be responsive / care about your tenants
