Pros:
The super is kind and responsive, the doormen are great, apartment is well kept!
Cons:
Management is very hard to get a hold of. There are some water bugs and history of rodents in the walls (but the building staff is very responsive and the exterminator comes monthly).

Super (Ozzy) is awesome!
So are the doormen!
Cons:
Leasing office is trash. Recommend the owner finds a new one.
