Pros:
Location, restaurants, quiet safe neighborhood
Cons:
The common areas of the building are dirty. no cleaning is done in common areas
Advice to owner:
get s super who knows how to clean

Great building, tenets - unbeatable location

Pros:
The live-in super is great. The building is old but clean. Tenets are all cordial. Also, you can’t beat this location.
Cons:
All units are 1 bedroom. Management can be slow to respond but that’s not unusual. Common areas are clean but could definitely use an upgrade.
