Pleasant experience, expensive apartment

Pros:
Responsive and friendly managament, no broker fee, washer dryer in unit, nice finishes, amazing location
Cons:
No real oven, expensive for size of apartments, two bed is more like one bed
Advice to owner:

location is incredible, not noisy, apartment cleaned every saturday, packages safe
Cons:
the gym is underground so nobody uses it - pretty creepy and out of date

Really beautiful space and great rooftop, super is very helpful
Cons:
Lots of free months means they hike up the rent, neighbors on the roof don’t always clean up after themselves
Advice to owner:
Tenant turnover is high due to climbing prices, would love to stay longer but understand the market is what it is

Very attentive super and landlord and an amazing roof
Cons:
Did have a mouse but landlord was on top of it and we haven’t had another in over a year since he closed all the holes and had an exterminator come
