Amazing Apartment in Historic Building
Former Tenant
Pros:
Stunning apartment! Level of finishes that you would find in a high end Coop or Condo. Great landlord who is always available to help out or assist with hanging artwork or accepting package deliveries. Even helped me put my bed together! He lives in Gramercy Park so he is easy to reach at all times. Pleasant neighbors in the building. Everyone gets along. Close to the Hudson River jogging and bike path which me and my girlfriend use everyday. Located in the heart of the West Village so you are near everything.
Cons:
This is a small townhouse without a doorman so if you are looking for those types of services, this building may not be for you.
Advice to owner:
Loved living here! Keep up the good work!

Lovely West Village Townhouse
Former Tenant
Pros:
Charming old world building. Sunny apartment, both front and rear. Beautiful marble kitchen and bathroom. Very attentive landlord.
Cons:
You must like living in a small, owner occupied intimate townhouse.
Advice to owner:
Great place to live. I appreciate your attentiveness, helpful nature, and quick response time.

Renter Beware!!!
Former Tenant
Pros:
This building is located in a great neighborhood and the landlord is very responsive to assistance when needed.
Cons:
Despite the apparent renovations, the building is old and the floors become especially creaky in cold weather. My unit had vermin (both mice and cockroaches) which I attribute to the landlord himself who lives with his family in the first two floors. They’re hoarders not to mention frequently cooking stews and baked goods that leave a putrid odor throughout all the common areas which they use at their discretion. Another scary thing to add would be the attitude of the landlord’s wife who will not hesitate to verbally assault any guests you have that they don’t approve of in addition to people standing out front on the street. They have cameras out front and watch what you do. If you value your privacy and your bank account BEWARE of this place.
