    Dirty building / pest problem

    Nice appliances
    Quiet, beautiful street
    Quiet building mostly
    Super is nice
    Cons:
    Roaches

    Dingy floors, walls

    Front doors does not lock
    Unfriendly neighbor in building
    Not great at responding to maintenance requests unless pestered
